Many of our customers have asked who we are and how maammark Soap got started. The story begins in 2001 when I decided to find an interesting hobby.

My husband spent his weekends in his garden. I wanted to do something equally interesting and creative.

In my "prior lives" I was a house wife, earned a under graduate degree in BA history  and later, taught history classes in middle school. As my social interest, I very much aware about the chemicals which pollutes our body and society.

When we went to weekend craft fairs where I saw many sellers of handmade soap. However, most of these soaps were still made with chemicals. I knew there had to be a way to make a lovely all natural soap without artificial chemicals  that would be effective and safe. I started researching the subject of "Organic hand made soap" and my passion was born. I gathered some ideas and information about ancient organic cosmetics and efficiencies of herbals from agricultural scientist Mr. Namaazhvaar, Natural life style scientist Mr. Healer Basker and Eco-friendly activist Dr. Sri Krishna Baguchey, I never dreamed that this Passion would become a business and my third career.

we made to create our first successful batch soap and decided to distribute among neighbour woods, after start using this new soap my neighbour’s daughter Acne vulgaris controlled and starts to disappear, I knew I was on to something special. With this success under my belt, I developed other natural soap recipes, continued the learning process, and made new kind of soaps for my customers.I was fascinated with the science of soapmaking.
